Teflon™ PTFE

Teflon™ FEP

Teflon™ FEP (Fluorinated Ethylene Propylene) is a melt-processable fluoropolymer that combines outstanding chemical resistance with excellent non-stick performance, dielectric properties, and optical clarity. FEP is commonly used where smooth, nonporous, and chemically resistant surfaces are required.

Teflon™ PFA

Teflon™ PFA (Perfluoroalkoxy Alkane) is a premium melt-processable fluoropolymer engineered for ultra-high purity, superior chemical resistance, and exceptional high-temperature performance. We typically apply FEP Topcoat to molds to provide them with nonstick surfaces and resistance to chemicals and corrosion. Since FEP melt-flows to form nonporous film, it is a natural choice for low-abrasion release applications as is found in molds. Have a more unique need?
