Liquid Coatings
Liquid Coatings
Liquid coating is a type of fluoropolymer coating applied in liquid form to create surface performance enhancements. These improvements lead to surfaces that are non-sticking, chemical corrosion resistant, insulative, and extremely temperature resiliant. This typically benefits applications, such as surgical devices, aerospace parts, oil, gas and chemical components, and cookware,to enhance the performance properties of surfaces.

Liquid Fluoropolymer Coating Offerings
Fluoropolymer coatings are specialized industrial coatings made from fluorocarbon-based polymers that form a smooth, hard film with excellent non-stick, corrosion-resistant, and low-friction properties. They are used to protect surfaces in demanding environments like surgical tools, aerospace housings, and commercial kitchens.

Mold Release Coatings
Our process is engineered to save you time and money while improving your production efficiency and extending tool life.
Mold Release Coatings
Mold release coatings are substances applied to prevent adhesion between a mold and the material being processed, facilitating the easy removal of the finished product. They create a barrier that helps improve production efficiency and the quality of molded parts.
Save Money on Materials
Why waste time and money each cycle spraying on expensive mold release?
We typically apply FEP Topcoat to molds to provide them with nonstick surfaces and resistance to chemicals and corrosion. Since FEP melt-flows to form nonporous film, it is a natural choice for low-abrasion release applications as is found in molds. Have a more unique need? We will work with you to develop the best coating for your mold application.
What we Coat
- EPS foam packaging molds
- Vacuum-form molds
- Thermoforming molds
- Rotational molds
- Rollers and dies
Speed up Production
Because time is efficiency in the mold business, we provide ultra-quick turnaround. We often complete jobs the same week we get them. Because of this, we coat molds for many of the major mold manufacturers in Southern California. In fact, our turn around is so quick, customers in other states send us their molds for coating as well. Even with the added shipping time, we get molds back to customers in other states and Mexico faster than their local coaters can.
