Thermech primarily produces mission-critical compression-molded components that require advanced testing and rigorous quality control.
We create built-to-spec components for NASA, the US Military, aerospace companies, oil & gas producers, machine shops, medical device manufacturers, chemical processors, and seal manufacturers.
Compression-Molded Shapes and Parts
We specialize in compression-molded stock shapes and finished components made from high-performance polymers, including PTFE, melt-processible fluoropolymers, and other engineered plastics. Compression molding uses controlled heat and pressure to transform raw polymer materials into durable shapes such as rods, tubes, sheets, near-net shapes, and complex finished parts.
With decades of experience in compression molding, we combine advanced processing techniques, premium materials, and rigorous quality control to produce components with excellent dimensional stability, consistent performance, and the ability to meet demanding customer specifications. Thermech compression molds rods, tubes, sheets and near-net shapes of various sizes and specifications.

Compression Molding Resins
In addition to standard Fluoropolymers and other Engineered Plastics, we compression mold two families of custom-compounded resins: TECfluorfil fluoropolymers and TECthermalon engineered plastics.
